Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
Your order, the purchase price, the production and supply of the artwork(s), together with these terms and conditions, form an Agreement governed by the UK Sale of Goods Act 1979. By placing an order with me (the ‘Seller’), you (the ‘Buyer’) agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment
Payment will be due as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The artwork will be started on receipt of payment. All deposits are non-refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances.

3. Imagery
Reference imagery used for a commission provided by the Buyer must be good quality/high resolution (deemed to be good enough by the Seller). This will be discussed at the beginning stages of the commission.

4. Refunds
Due to the time-consuming nature of creating artwork, no refunds will be permitted for original artwork for sale or commissioned work once the artwork has been started, including any deposit payments, unless in exceptional circumstances.

5. Adjustments
The Seller will send an initial plan of the artwork for the Buyer’s approval. Once approval is received, alterations to the layout and overall basic design cannot be altered without incurring additional costs. Smaller changes can be made within reason. The Seller will be given multiple opportunities to provide feedback through the receipt of regular progress photos, which will be sent throughout the process by the Seller to the Buyer.

6. Postage & Packaging
Physical artworks will always be sent within secure and sturdy packaging, via a reliable carrier. Once the artwork leaves the Seller for transit, the Seller is not liable for damages. All artworks will be insured to their cost value, unless otherwise stated by the Buyer.

7. Termination
Wherever possible the Seller will make sure the artwork is finished on time. Under exceptional circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, up to the posting of the completed drawing. In this scenario, all monies paid will be returned to the Buyer upon the Seller’s termination of the work.

8. Copyright & Privacy
The Seller retains copyright permissions on all work created. Unless otherwise specified by the Buyer or unless discussed between the Buyer and the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to post material relating to the artwork on any social media channel and the Seller’s website. No material will be posted online in advance of the artwork being completed or until the artwork has been delivered to its final recipient. Buyer details will always be held in accordance with GDPR legislation and will not be passed onto any third party.
